HHP Serviced Residences is managed by Her Highness Properties, Inc (HHP).

HHP started as a referral office for independent condo unit owners in 2002. As many of the unit owners’ began to notice the innovative service offered, a business model patterned after the Property Management Services in the U.S. was adopted and crafted to the local setting. During its incorporation in March 2006, it had over one hundred (100) units in eight (8) condominium buildings located at the Central Business District in Makati City for short term and long term lease.

Ms. Iris N. Sunga, founder and COO, as a matter of corporate policy, balances the tenants’ need of a comfortable decent place to stay at reasonable cost on one end, with the unit owners’ intent of having a good return on his investment without the inherent hassles that goes with rentals on the other end. With the expertise, along with the collective hospitality and creativity of her staff, HHP often exceeds client expectations for quality, service, and dependability.

The acquisition of Dejavue Internet Business Lounge last March 2008 marked the official start of HHP’s venture into the Serviced Residences business. The place was renovated to provide front office support for the rooms in Bel-air Soho aside for being a functional Business Lounge for the guests. Rooms were also fitted to conform with the specification of extended stay rooms to serve the traveling businessman who needs a decent place to stay at lower costs compared to standard hotel rooms.

HHP continuously explores the field of property management, serviced residence management and condo sales/rental to enhance and improve these services that it offers. In it’s day to day operation the motivation comes from within, summarized in two words:
